About the Asta Toolbox

The Asta Toolbox brings together the calculations that sign and advertising companies make every day. Four tools are available today: the cutting calculator nests the parts of your SVG drawing on acrylic, PVC foam board, aluminium composite panel, polycarbonate and PET-G sheets, shows the number of sheets, waste and efficiency, and gives you the cutting file as SVG and DXF. The LED calculator works out module count, strip length and power supply rating for channel letters, light boxes, LED strips and LED neon.

The vehicle wrap calculator gives the film and laminate length needed on your roll width for the vehicle class and the areas you select. The print calculator gives area, roll length, seams and eyelets for PVC banner, vinyl and mesh prints. Next in line are an LED screen calculator and a sign material list.

The tools are free and need no account. They do not show prices: price and stock information is available from our branches or the Dealer Portal. Calculations run in your browser. You can collect several calculations in the project basket and request a quote with one message; your request reaches the branch nearest to you.
