Aluminium Composite Sheet

Aluminium Composite Sheet

Aluminium composite panels are a material produced with advanced technology and often preferred in advertising and modern architecture. These panels consist of eco-friendly polyethylene between two aluminium layers. The panels, whose outer surface can be coated in various colours, are covered with plastic film so that the coloured surface is not damaged during transport, storage and application. Widely used in modern architectural structures, this cladding material is preferred with polyester (PS) paint in the advertising sector and with PVDF paint in the construction sector. Operations such as cutting, bending, folding and grooving can easily be carried out with aluminium working machines. Compared with traditional building and advertising materials, aluminium composite panels speed up installation, extend product life, increase labour efficiency and put quality first.

High Quality

The composite panels produced at ASAŞ are manufactured to meet the requirements of the international construction industry at a high level, using high-quality PVDF-coated aluminium sheet and LDPE resin, and, in the B1 product that falls into the “hard to ignite” class in accordance with TS EN 13501, Al (OH) 3 aluminium hydroxide raw materials.

Wide Range of Uses

To meet the expectations and needs arising from areas of use, project requirements and design features, special series have been developed using products of different thicknesses and various coating alternatives.
