Mesh vinyl

Mesh vinyl is a perforated version of laminated vinyl PVC banner and is preferred especially for large-scale outdoor prints. Its perforated structure lets wind pass through while also increasing the durability of the material. This feature makes application more efficient and longer-lasting, especially on large areas such as facade wraps. Mesh vinyl is one of the most widely used banner materials in the printing industry and is a suitable option for many different types of advertising. Mesh vinyl allows high-quality visuals to be produced with digital printing technologies and is generally used for promotion and advertising purposes such as posters, banners and totems. Its perforated structure keeps the image transparent while significantly increasing durability. Especially for large-scale prints, welding is applied to strengthen the durability of these products. Mesh vinyl stands out with its high strength and excellent light transmission, which make prints sharp and effective.

High Durability

Mesh vinyl is highly durable even in large sizes, which allows long-lasting use.

Wind Permeability

Its perforated structure lets wind pass through, increasing the durability of the material.

Works excellently with solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV printers.

Welding

For sizes larger than 320 cm, welding increases the durability of the product.

Visual Impact

Thanks to its light transmission, printed images are displayed sharply and impressively.

Frequently asked questions

Which roll widths are available?

The 350 g mesh with liner is stocked in 1.10, 2.10, 2.50, 3.20, 4.20 and 5.00 m widths on 50 m rolls. Jobs wider than the roll are printed in strips and welded.

Does mesh banner let the wind through?

Yes. The perforation lets part of the wind through, so the frame and fixings carry less load than with solid banner. On large façades, still have the frame and fixings checked by an expert and keep grommet spacing tight.

What does “with liner” mean?

A liner on the back stops ink passing through the holes during printing. It is peeled off after printing, giving a cleaner print and brighter colours.
