Frequently asked questions
Rainproof or IP67 outdoor power supply?
Both are for outdoor use. The rainproof series has a rain-protected case and ratings up to 700 W; IP67 outdoor units have a fully sealed body. The exact protection class is on the product label; our branch will recommend one for your installation.
How many amps should I choose?
Find the total LED power and multiply by 1.25; pick the rating that covers the result. For example, a 147 W module load needs 147 × 1.25 ≈ 184 W, so a 200 W (16.5 A) unit is enough. Current = power ÷ 12 V.
Where should the power supply go on the sign?
In a ventilated spot that is not hit directly by rain or standing water, with the cable entry facing down. Use sealed terminals for connections and have electrical work done by qualified people.
Where do I get prices and stock?
