Job Applicant Privacy Notice
This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the related Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of the Obligation to Inform. It informs applicants who use the application form at www.astareklam.com.tr/careers. The Turkish version is the authoritative text.

1. Data controller
The data controller is Asta Reklam Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Asta Reklam”).

2. No open positions; applications are kept in a pool
Asta Reklam does not currently publish open positions. The form on the careers page is a general application form. Your application is kept in an applicant pool. When a need arises, Human Resources may consider your application and, if it finds it suitable, will contact you. There is no guarantee that your application will be reviewed or that a job offer will be made.
3. Personal data we process
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Professional experience: education, work experience, skills and similar information in your CV and short note; your preferred branch and department
- Transaction security: IP address, browser information (user agent), time of application, the page from which you applied, your consent record (time and text version)
The application form does not ask for an ID number, date of birth or photo.
4. Warning on special categories of personal data
Do not include special categories of personal data in your CV or note, such as health, association or union membership, criminal convictions, religion, ethnic origin or political opinion. This information is not needed to assess your application. If it appears in your CV, it will not be used in the assessment and will be deleted or anonymised once identified.
5. Purposes of processing
- Carrying out the recruitment process and assessing your application
- Communicating with you (confirming receipt, and inviting you to an assessment or interview when a need arises)
- Reassessing your application when a need arises (applicant pool)
- Securing the application form and preventing abuse
6. Legal basis
- Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1): Because there is no open position and your application is kept in the pool for 1 year for future consideration, your data is processed mainly on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR equivalent: consent). You give consent by ticking the box on the application form.
- Entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): Only when your application is actually under assessment, and only to the extent necessary for entering into a contract, this basis may additionally apply.
- Legal obligation and legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç and 5/2-f): For transaction security data (IP, browser information), to secure the form and meet record-keeping obligations.
- Transfer abroad (KVKK Art. 9): Processing of your data on the servers abroad listed below is based on your explicit consent.
If you do not give explicit consent, the application form cannot be submitted. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Recipients and servers abroad
Your application data and CV are processed through our infrastructure providers as follows:

Your data is not shared with any other third party for advertising or marketing. Only Human Resources and authorised company employees can access it. Requests from competent public authorities under the law are reserved.
8. Retention period
Your application is kept for 1 year from the date of application. After that period your CV and application record are deleted or destroyed. You may ask for deletion before the end of the period.
9. Request for early deletion
If you want your application deleted before the 1-year period ends, email info@astareklam.com.tr with the name and email address you used in your application. Your request will be handled within 30 days at the latest.
10. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request erasure or destruction under KVKK Art. 7, and request that this be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred (GDPR equivalent: right to erasure),
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
11. How to apply
To exercise your rights, send your request with information that identifies you through one of these channels:

Your request will be answered within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature. If you find our reply insufficient, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
12. Explicit consent statement on the application form

I give my explicit consent to my CV and application data being kept for 1 year to be considered in the future, without an open position, and to being processed and transferred on servers abroad through Cloudflare (European region servers) and Resend (United States servers), service providers used by Asta Reklam.
