Cutting and printing tips
- Use a sharp knife and steel ruler; cut in two passes for a clean edge.
- Plan the layout to reduce waste. From a 122 × 244 cm board, 50 × 70 cm pieces give 6 in a simple layout and 7 when some are rotated. The cutting calculator helps. Ready-made scenario: foam board cutting plan.
- Print directly on a flatbed UV printer, or mount printed vinyl and add lamination.
- Store boards flat.
