Sheets
Choose material, thickness and size; see the weight of one sheet and the whole order, how many people should carry it and how many pallets you need.
Quick start
Tap one of the stock thicknesses below or type it, for example 3.
Standard sizes (cm)
Type cm, for example 125; “1.25 m” also works. You can also tap a standard size.
A whole number, for example 20. The total weight is based on it.
Estimates the number of pallets and which vehicle carries the order in one trip.
Enter your values; the result appears here.

Notes
Density, thickness, size and transport values are sourced estimates; compare with the data sheet of the stocked product.
Pallets are sheet-sized and placed side by side on the load floor; not stacked. Fill is the higher of payload and floor use.

Approximate estimate; check dimensions before ordering.
This result is an approximate preliminary estimate; dimensions and product values must be checked before ordering materials and before production. Contact our branch for exact quantities and prices.
Unit weight × area × quantity; data sheet table for aluminium composite.
Acrylic, ACM, PVC foam, polycarbonate, PETG or MDF.
Tap a stock thickness and a standard size, or type your own.
kg/m² = thickness (mm) × density (g/cm³); sheet and total weight, carrying advice.
Optionally show pallets and vehicle fit; add the result to the basket.
Unit weight (kg/m²) = thickness (mm) × density (g/cm³). Multiply by the sheet area in m² and the quantity. Example: 3 mm acrylic is 3 × 1.19 = 3.57 kg/m²; a 125 × 205 cm sheet is 2.56 m², so about 9.15 kg.
ACM consists of two thin aluminium skins and a plastic core, so it has no single density. The kg/m² table from the manufacturer’s data sheet is used instead. The 3A Composites DIBOND guide lists 3.8 kg/m² for 3 mm and 4.7 kg/m² for 4 mm; other brands and cores differ.
The tool suggests one person up to 25 kg, two people up to 50 kg and a vacuum lifter or sheet trolley above that. Sheets with a long side of 3 m or more should be carried by two people even when light.
Thin foam boards are usually denser (about 0.62 g/cm³ at 3 mm) and thick boards lighter (about 0.53 g/cm³ at 10 mm). Brand and density grade also matter; check the product data sheet for the exact value.
Sheets per pallet are limited by stack height and the pallet load limit. Pallets are sheet-sized and placed side by side on the load floor. Vehicle dimensions and payloads are example values; confirm with your carrier before shipping.
